Dear Parents,
As you probably already know, the JSU campus and surrounding areas were swept by an EF-3 tornado on Monday, March 19th. JSU officials are keeping all faculty, unessential staff, and public off campus until April 2nd in order to assess the extent of the damage to the campus buildings and determine a course of action for students to be able to complete this semester. Although we were scheduled to be off this weekend due to JSU’s spring break, this also means that no music classes through the JSU Music Academy will take place until after April 2nd.
